When my good friend, Sherry, was 25, she says “I went into to see a Dermatologist to have a mole on my forehead removed – because I was fair skinned and had tons of freckles she did a full body scan and found a mole on my lower back that wasn’t red or crusty or raised and said I’m sending this to the lab….within 24HRS I had a call back saying that it was Melanoma!!!
I have been extremely careful in the sun since, go back every year for a body screen and have an enormous scar that reminds me everyday to wear sunscreen…ARE YOU TAKING CARE OF YOU????
