Who Controls Your Mind?

Who Controls Your Mind?

Mind control has been a long time conspiracy theory among the masses. But if you look much more closely and study our history, you will realize mind control by propaganda has been going on for quite some time. To be aexact, at least since WWI, because the exchange of information really began here to travel faster than the Pony Express.

From the deep state to miltary programs like MK Ultra, programs have been on-going in the world of propaganda and mind speak, so much so, that most people have no idea that they have swallowed hook, line, and sinker exactly what we were warned about in George Orwell’s book 1984. That future has been here for some time and the only way to save yourself is to regain conscious control of your own mind and your own thoughts.

From false flags, to media saturation like television, radio, newsprint, radio, instant breaking news, television dramas,  smart phones, and now virtual reality, we are headed to an even more insidious form of ‘gotcha’. The who and the why are less important than knowing and taking back control of your own mind and your own thought life.  Ask yourself when the last time was that you had an original thought?

We are being fed 24/7 one story after another, true and or false.  The onslaught of information has confused us to the point that we don’t know the difference between up, and down, right or left, who’s right or who’s wrong, who’s telling us the truth or who’s lying.

The only answer, the only way back to the light is to dive deep within. Your inner reality is the only reality worth knowing. Reconnect with your inner self for the truth, the real truth. The real truth of who you are and where you came from and what your mission is here on this planet. There is so much inside if us to uncover and to discover.

Once the reveal starts to happen, as each onion skin peels itself away, you will find yourself hungry for more truth and you will realize that the wisdom and treasures you’ve always been looking for have always been right there inside of you. Everything we need is found inside…even the realization that we don’t need anything else but to love ourselves.

This is the age of enlightenment and this is where the treasure is found and uncovered. It’s time. Disconnect from the matrix. One hour a day will help you find your soul in eternity.  ~Debi

Dry Skin Looks and Acts Like Older Skin

When it comes to our skin, most of us worry about the things we can see — like whether our foundation is the right shade, why our forehead is so shiny and please don’t let that be a pimple.

But what we can’t see also has a major impact on the way our skin looks and feels. “Dry skin is the top skincare complaint among women of all ages,” says Dr. Kathy Fields, a dermatologist and co-founder of Rodan + Fields.

Dryness goes much deeper than a few flaky patches or tightness. When our skin doesn’t have enough moisture, research shows it gets scaly, rough and dull—and can look like the skin of someone far older. That means whether you’re in your 20s, 30s or 40s, you may want to start making sure your skin is properly hydrated now, long before you’re celebrating a milestone birthday.

How did my skin get so dry?

Everyday life and the environment can do a number on our skin: sun, wind, harsh heaters in wintertime and cleansers that strip away the skin’s protective oil layer can leave the epidermis parched and fragile. And poor lifestyle habits like smoking and drinking too much alcohol can make it even worse.

And that’s just where skin troubles start. “When you have all that dry skin, moisture leaks out and the environment can come in,” says Dr. Katie Rodan. “Your skin gets these little fissures or tears and it gets chapped and cracked. Pollution, hot air, cold air, bacteria, pollen can get in and touch the vital live skin and that’s when you get redness and irritation.” Plus, dry skin is more prone to showing little fine lines. And dryness prevents skincare products from working as well as they could.

“When the skin is dry, it usually has a pileup of dead skin cells; it’s like having flakes on top of your skin,” says Mary Radford, RN. “Your moisturizer sits on top.”

Research backs this up. The University of Kiel in Germany conducted a study and found that dry skin, even in young people, acts like older skin. The 1997 study measured classic signs of dryness including scaliness, loss of smoothness and loss of elasticity in test subjects age 20 to 35 versus a group over age 60. They found that dry skin was equally scaly in young and older test subjects. And young people with dry skin had rougher skin than older subjects with dry skin. But the good news is that both younger and older skin felt equally smooth once it was properly hydrated.

Fight dryness with this dream team

Exfoliation is an important part of combatting dry

skin; clearing away dry, dead skin cells makes it easier for skincare products to be most effective.

Then follow up with the anti-dryness dream team of a hydrating serum followed by a moisturizer. Moisture and hydration skincare products may seem synonymous, but these products do different things.

“What a moisturizer does is it stops water loss. A hydration product brings water to the skin,” says Dr. Tim Falla, PhD, vice-president of research and development for Rodan + Fields.

So, if you want to show off a healthy glow at any age, make sure you give your skin the right combination of exfoliation, moisture, and hydration.

What I Learned From My Inner Child.

Love your neighbor as yourself.  A very familiar command. It’s obvious that so many people get discouraged and frustrated learning to love friends and family let alone trying to love themselves. My belief is that you must first love your self unconditionally before you can truly love someone else.  A huge life epiphany was when I discovered that to find my own true happiness,  I needed to find my way back to loving myself first. I am my humble priority. When I am in love with myself, my world is at peace.

With this discovery, I found that I had to look deeper inside. What I saw was that my inner world had separated from its core self.  My inner child no longer connected with my middle and adult self. And with the separation along came all the negativity, lack of confidence, lack of self-worth, and loss of hope. It started at the disconnect. re: Joseph Campbell and The Heroes Journey (separation, initiation, return)

The flood of advice we get about love includes my favorite…embrace and love your inner child. Great advice. However, what if there was much more to it than that? What if your inner child is the eternally wise all-knowing one within and not the smart adult self that you think you are? What if your inner child is the ‘perfect you’ before life began to happen? What if your inner child is the one who knows that there are no boundaries and every dream is possible beyond the wildest imagination? What if that little person inside remembers everything you are here for?  What if your inner child is waiting for your return? Be still and listen. What if that child is standing in the fountain of true wisdom?  What if your child holds the KEY to unconditional love and everything you need to know?

This is a new way to look at embracing your inner child. Think about it this way.  A long time ago, in another dimension known as childhood, is a place where our child is keenly aware of who we are and why we are here. However,  with the first ‘NO’ we hear, the first slap on the hand we feel, the first time we come face to face with a bully, and with the first teardrop of anger and disappointment, we began to forget everything we knew.

And on it goes. The older we grow, the more life’s dirty laundry continues to bury us. It gets harder and harder to remember who we are and what we came here to do.  Our parents, our playmates, the television, magazines, and pop culture begin to weave a story that’s not our own. We are bombarded with the proselytizing mainstream narrative about what we should think and who we should be.  Before we know it we are blind to our purpose and birthright. And then one frustrating day we wake up, look in the mirror and we no longer know who we are anymore. We barely recognize ourselves.

Then in our quest for self-discovery, we find ourselves knee-deep in self-help, drugs, medication, illnesses, depression, mental illnesses, apathy, going along with the crowd,  all the ‘isms’.  We aren’t even aware that we’re thinking someone else’s thoughts.  Original thoughts are rare.  ‘Who am I’ is the eternally unanswered question.

However, there is hope. Know this. Your inner child is waiting to be rediscovered by the adult you.  Not in the way we’ve  been taught to think and not as the adult speaking to the child. But as the child speaking to the adult.

After years of disconnect,  we’ve been separated into three parts.  These three parts of you must come back together as one. The three parts of you are this…

  1. Your ‘young‘ inner child, the one before the ‘knowing that you didn’t know’ began. The innocent you
  2. The ‘middle‘ inner child, the one that experienced all of the things that caused the separation from yourself. Trauma/Drama
  3. The now ‘adult‘ you that is trying to figure it all out.

This is the Trinity of you. These three parts must become whole and connected again. You must become ONE with yourself in order for you to find your way back to the Garden of Self.

7 Things You Need to Know to Get Started:

  1. Sit quietly in meditation and prayer and listen to what your inner child has to say to the present you
  2. See your present self from the inner child’s perspective (inside out or from the past forward) to the present you
  3.  Listen to what your child has to share with you
  4. Know that your inner child loves you unconditionally and let your child tell you what you need to know about your journey
  5. Your inner child knows exactly what you had to go through to get you to where you are today.
  6. Your inner child has all of the answers
  7. Listen closely to hear your inner child tell you how proud they are of you

Again, be still, listen for your child’s voice, make friends again, and trust the journey back. What did you dream about as a child? What did you love to do? What were your favorite stories? Let your child remind you 🙂 that real truth and ageless wisdom are found in this paradox.

This Trinity or tri-reality is as real and alive as your breath and they all exist together in parallel dimensions. The beginning, the middle and the present.

This is the primordial secret to raising ourselves the right way. As long as we plug back into our real self, everything will become more clear. What we want is what we were born for. When we master that which is within, we can then master that which is without. As above, so below. As within, so without.

And so the journey goes…love your self unconditionally. This is where the wellspring of all love lives. It begins with you.  This is the way back way back to an unconditional love of self!! Our mission is to return to our inner child where love and light, innocence and unconditional love live. Heaven on earth, eternal truth, wisdom, confidence, and unconditional love are found right here!

You truly had the power all along!  Let the healing begin!

ARE HYDRATION AND MOISTURIZATION DIFFERENT?

Yes!

Hydration and moisturization address dryness in different ways.

Hydration adds water to the skin, while moisturizers do not actually add water to the skin.
Moisturizers form an occlusive barrier (keeping from the air) on top of the skin to seal in the moisture that is already there.

New from R+F, Active Hydration Serum…it works immediately, lasts all day, and most importantly, it builds moisture over time. Hydration…the next step to beautiful skin!

Say Hello To Healthy Winter Skin

Whether you’re gearing up for ski trips, hunkering down for quality time indoors, or riding the wave of holiday festivities, winter brings on a host of new challenges for your skin. Adding a little extra TLC to your daily skincare routine can help you maintain a healthy-looking glow from head to toe this season—and well into the New Year.

Check out these winter skincare survival tips:

  • Keep calm, cleanse on (gently). Since harsh winds and cold climates can dry out skin, leading to cracks, inflammation or visible redness—‘tis the season for soothing skincare. Swap out harsh, and abrasive soaps for cleansing products that gently remove makeup and nourish chapped, red-looking skin without stripping its essential moisture.
  • Beware the steam bath. When the weather outside is frightful, it’s tempting to crank the water temp to high—but long, hot, steamy showers can strip skin of its natural oils and moisture barrier. The skin-friendly solution: Cleanse your face and body with warm (not scalding) water.
  • Slather before you snooze. The best time to quench dry skin on your face, hands, lips and body is right before bed. Make moisturizers, overnight creams and anti-aging products part of your nightly skincare routine this winter, and wake up to a more luminous, younger-looking you.
  • Give dry skin a hand. Our hands are among the hardest working (and often most neglected) body parts, so they tend to look older than our faces. All that added exposure to the elements can make hands even more vulnerable in winter. Rather than let your hands give away your age, you can moisturize, brighten skin tone and improve the appearance of crepey skin and wrinkles with REDEFINE Hand Treatment Regimen with SPF 30.
  • Keep the SPF coming. Even on cold, blustery days, the sun can still do damage through the cloud cover (or snow flurries). No matter your age, ethnicity, or local climate, your skin needs protection from UVA and UVB rays. Before heading outdoors this winter, apply a broad spectrum sunscreen. If you plan to hit the slopes, take extra care to use higher SPF and reapply every two hours since UV radiation increases at higher elevations.
  • Air on the moisture side. Staying cozy inside has its perks, but dry, over-heated rooms can further dehydrate skin, leading to cracks, inflammation and visible redness. Help counter skin dryness before it strikes by setting the humidity level in your home to 50 percent or using a humidifier to boost moisture levels in the air.

Start following these tips today and keep your skin looking smooth and radiant—no matter where the winter takes you.
