Are We Asking the Wrong Questions About Our Health?

Are We Asking the Wrong Questions About Our Health?

What if the question we've been asking is wrong?

We've been so focused on what we "caught" that we stopped asking what weakened us in the first place.

Think about it.

Toxic overload. Chronic stress. Processed food. Poor sleep. Artificial light. Nutrient depletion. Emotional suppression. Disconnection from nature and from God.

These things place a quiet, relentless burden on the body. And we walk right past them every single day.

Your body is intelligent. Brilliantly, beautifully designed. Symptoms are not always the enemy. Sometimes they are simply the body saying, something here needs attention.

We were not made to be sick. We were made to adapt, detox, heal, and restore. But that only happens when we give the body what it actually needs.

Maybe the real health conversation starts not with fear, but with honesty.

What are you putting in? What are you carrying? What have you been ignoring?

The terrain matters. Your cells are living in an environment you largely control. That is not a scary thought. That is the most empowering thing I know.

Tend the soil. 🌿

Your body is sacred ground. Tend it that way. 💚🌿

Finding Bugs

Finding Bugs

I found a bug on its back today.
Tiny little thing, legs spinning, going nowhere fast.
I stopped. Flipped it over. Watched it pause for just a second, like it couldn't believe it, and then it walked off as if nothing had happened. No, thank you. No looking back. Just onward.
I thought about that for a long time after.
How many times has God done that for me? Quietly. Without fanfare. Just reached down, righted me, and sent me back on my way.
We don't always recognize the rescue. But it's always there.
Keep going, friend. Someone's got you. 🙏

Changes…

Changes…

Someone asked me recently what changed.
I had to stop and think about that for a second.
Because honestly, everything.

Not just my body, though yes, that too. But my mindset. My energy. The way I see what's actually possible for my life in this season.

I stopped shrinking, stopped settling, and started paying attention to what my body and my brain were actually capable of when I give them the right support.

What I'm building now is bigger than a product. It's bigger than a trend. It's bigger than any title or comp plan.
It's about helping people wake up to a version of themselves they forgot was still in there. 🌿

Metabolic health. Mental clarity. Real energy. Purpose.
That's the movement I'm a part of. And I don't take that lightly.
And, we're just getting started. 🙏

You’re Not Imagining It. And You’re Not Alone

You’re Not Imagining It. And You’re Not Alone

Some workplaces are not safe places.
And I don't mean physically.
I mean the kind of unsafe where you dread Monday morning. Where someone makes you feel small on purpose. Where your ideas get stolen, your name gets smeared, and you start wondering if maybe, just maybe, they're right about you.

THEY ARE NOT.

I know this because I lived it, more than once. And I am still here.
Workplace bullying is real. It is more common than people want to admit. And it leaves marks that don't show up on an x-ray.
If you are in it right now, I want you to hear this:

*You are not too sensitive.
**You are not the problem.
***You are not invisible, even when they make you feel that way.

God doesn't make mistakes. And He didn't make one when He made you.

The people who tried to dim my light? They actually did me a favor. Every time someone pushed me down, I got back up a little more rooted, a little more sure of who I am, a little less willing to shrink.
That's what surviving does. It shows you what you're made of.

If this resonates, share it. Someone in your circle needs to read it today.

You are seen. You are worthy. And you are so much stronger than you know. 🙏

Bent by the storm. Still rooted. Still here. 🌿

Justice for the Silenced

Justice for the Silenced

They tried to dim your light.
It didn't work.
I've been there. Too many times.
The sideways comments. The exclusion.
The meetings where your ideas were invisible
until someone else said them.
Workplace bullying is real. And it leaves a mark.
But here's what I know now, on the other side of it:
What they did says everything about them.
It says nothing about your worth.
God didn't put you here to be small.
He put you here to shine.
And sometimes the hardest places
are exactly where you find out
just how strong you really are.
If you've been through this, you are not alone. You never were.
