Protect yourself year-round from harmful UV radiation by applying and reapplying broad-spectrum sunscreen throughout the day, wearing protective clothing and avoiding peak UV exposure hours. Here are a few more suncare tips to remember:

  1. Apply sunscreen 15 minutes before going outdoors to allow the active ingredients time to absorb into the skin.
  2. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen to those often forgotten areas, like ears, neck, backs of knees, and between toes and fingers.
  3. Make sure you reapply sunscreen when you arrive at your destination if you’re going to be exposed to UV rays for any length of time.
